About the Williston Council for the Aging:

The Williston Council for the Aging is a 501C3 charitable organization that strives to provide services for the elderly in the area. These services included congregate meals, home-delivered meals, transportation, outreach assistance, and reactional activities.

The Facility

The Heritage Center is architecturally designed for use by the elderly and the disabled. It includes such facilities as a beautiful lounge, recreation room, arts and crafts room, fully stocked kitchen, and a large dining room.

Eligible Participants

Any person who has reached the age of 60 and his/her spouse is eligible to take part in any of the services provided by the Williston Council for the Aging.


Plans for the Heritage Center began in 1974. The building was completed in April of 1977.
