Reservations

  • Door-to-door services are provided to homes within city limits. Please provide us with a 48-hour advance reservation.

  • Airport rides are to be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

  • Passengers using an assistive device (walkers, wheelchairs etc.) are requested to inform the dispatchers to better prepare driver in assisting passengers.

  • Passengers who are performing escort duties for another passenger may ride free of charge. Only one escort per passenger is permitted.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If reservations are made but a ride is no longer needed, please contact us to cancel/reschedule immediately.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will be considered a no-show.

  • We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend chronic no-shows. All no-shows must be paid before the next scheduled ride commences (in addition to punch cards).


Reasonable Modification:

Williston Council for the Aging, Inc. will consider every request for reasonable modification from individuals with disabilities. Language assistance for persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) is available free of charge.

  • 48 hours or more in advance for reservations preferred

  • Accommodations for same day rides or changes in rides may not be guaranteed

  • Allow 10 minutes on either side of your scheduled pick-up time, due to weather, road conditions, etc.

  • Inform the dispatcher of any assistance that will be required from the driver.

  • Please make sure you have the exact fare amount, the drivers are unable to make change on the buses.
